The Houston Sports and Social Club organizes sports leagues for adults who like to play games, be active, and well, be social. Games are one night per week, there are no practices, and the season usually lasts about 6 weeks. The leagues are super casual - stress on the social part, not on the sports part. After every game, a dog-friendly Houston bar hosts the teams who played that night. Pitchers are anywhere from free to cheap, as well as appetizers and cocktails, and all the other stuff that bars have.
Assuming enough of us are down to participate, OREF will sponsor a team. So round up your enthusiasm, and your enthusiastic acquaintances and let’s play some sportsball!
