Memorial Park

Memorial Park is a municipal park in Houston, Texas, is one of the largest urban parks in the United States. Opened 97 years ago in 1924, the park covers approximately 1,466 acres inside the 610 Loop, across from the neighborhood of Memorial.

Hermann Park

Hermann Park is located in the heart of Houston. This 445-acre urban park and currently opened with social distance measures in place.


Lone Star Hiking Trail

The Lone Star Hiking Trail is a 96 mile long hiking trail with an additional 32 miles of loop and crossover trails of "foot-path only" trails. Connecting public lands of the Sam Houston National Forest and private lands it is the longest continuous hiking trail in the State of Texas.


Huntsville State Park

At Huntsville State Park, you can camp, hike, bike, picnic, fish, swim, paddle, geocache and study nature. The park has 21 miles of trails, playgrounds, a bird blind and nature center.
