Inspection Reports
The naming convention for inspection reports should ‘YYYY.MM.DD - Inspection Report'
72 hour wt :: rush ||
property/occupancy for empty lots or occupied properties (i.e Exterior only) ||
vacant properties :: not occupied and structure (interior & exterior)
Inspections must be completed monthly; they can be set to auto.
Update Property Management notes in Property Management Section/tab of TRACK monthly with relevant information.
During certain seasons/states, ensure that the property is winterized. If the property is being marketed, de-winterization may be requested/required.
Ordering Lawn care (based on inspection report and/or states) can be set to auto
If lockbox changes for what ever reason, the information must be updated in TRACK.
If mold of found, it should be abated.
