Pre-Seizure Order
Orders received for pre-seizure should have the following three services:
Title (e.g. 570806 - Preliminary Title Commitment - NTE)
Valuation (e.g. 549886 - Residential Desktop Brokers Price Opinion)
Pre-Seizure Analysis (e.g. 456987 - Pre‐Seizure Analysis)
Each service is represented by a CLIN. The custodian/COR has the ability to add, modify, and/or delete CLINs.
Title
The property type will determine the cost (auto-populated) of the service/CLIN. Upon review by ORE, that cost may be amended. The available CLIN’s are as follows:
570803 - Pre-Seizure SFR - NTE
570804 - Pre-Seizure Land - NTE
570805 - Pre-Seizure Commercial - NTE
570806 - Pre-Seizure Title - NTE
Valuation
There are multiple Valuation CLINs. Unlike title, Residential and Commercial properties have different CLINs, but each will default to a CLIN based on the property type.

This service depends on the completion of Title and Valuation.
