Disposition

An asset is in disposition when the following actions have been taken:

  • An order has been received from the COR, and

  • the order in question has been approved by ORE, and

  • Custody has been taken, and

  • A Final Order of Forfeiture has been received, and

  • TRACK reflects the status of the asset in question

The asset is assigned to an ORE representatives for Marketing and Closing:
