Valuations, opinions of a property’s value, are currently performed exclusively by our partner, Collier International.

The group is assigned tasks within TRACK; As a result of these assignments, they receive email notifications daily about new assignments. This does preclude the group from independently checking for new or amended tasks.

Upon receipt of an assignment, The group performs one of the following as represented by the CLIN:

Once completed, colliers updates the “Current Valuation Report Value”, “Current Valuation Report Date “, and the “Current Appraisal” information under the Title Tab of TRACK.
